The Super Falcons of Nigeria have an opportunity to revive their Olympic campaign this Sunday when they face the World Champions, Spain, in their second group stage match.

The Falcons suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to Brazil on Thursday in a tightly contested game.

Despite creating numerous chances, the Nigerian team couldn’t find the back of the net. Brazil’s sole goal came from Gabby Nunes in the 37th minute, who managed to evade the offside trap and score with a powerful shot.
