Social media influencer, Martins Vincent Otse aka VeryDarkMan, on Monday, expressed readiness to present additional evidence against popular crossdresser, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky.
Speaking through his lawyer, Deji Adeyanju during the House of Representatives investigative hearing, VeryDarkMan said the additional evidence was yet to be released online.
According to Adeyanju: “VeryDarkMan has not said he won’t talk because we came prepared with additional evidence that are not online. He is not saying he won’t assist the committee; but because that person who should be here is not, he won’t talk directly but through his counsel.”
Earlier, VeryDarkMan had vowed not to speak at the ongoing investigative hearing by the House of Representatives due to the absence of Bobrisky and the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
The activist said: “I will not say anything until Bobrisky and EFCC chairman are present. If I say anything, let me die.”
VeryDarkMan is at the National Assembly for the investigative hearing over his allegations of Bobrisky bribing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, with N15 million.
In an audio released by VeryDarkMan, Bobrisky said the money was meant to aid the EFCC in dropping the money laundering charges against him.
The crossdresser also claimed that his godfather ensured that he didn’t spend his six-month sentence in Kirikiri prison.
Bobrisky, however, denied the allegation, while describing the audio as fake.
Against this backdrop, the House of Representatives had invited Bobrisky, VeryDarkMan, and the EFCC, Chairman, Ola Olukayode for an investigative hearing
